Reservation and payment

• At reservation we charge a prepayment of 40% of the total amount, which has to paid into our bank account within one week after reservation. Once we have received the prepayment, your reservation is final. The remaining amount can be paid in cash upon arrival in the B&B or transferred into our bank account one week prior to arrival.
• By paying the prepayment you agree with our conditions.
• In case of a reservation within 3 weeks before arrival the full amount needs to be paid into our bank account.
• Consumptions, meals etc. on site will have to be paid in cash upon departure.

Cancellation policy

• If you cancel prior to 4 weeks before arrival, 20% of the total amount will be due. Half of the prepayment will be refunded, if applicable.
• If you cancel between 2 and 4 weeks before arrival, 40% of the total amount will be charged.
• If cancelled within 2 weeks before arrival or a "No Show", 100% will be charged.

Other conditions:

• Any damage caused by you will be charged to you.
